Would not recommend if you're looking for a dry cleaner who is attentive and professional. This location is not where they do the dry cleaning. It's just a pick up/drop off location apparently and they have the items delivered back to this location so the people here have no idea what is going on with your items. Dropped Off Dry Cleaning On Monday. I said I could pick it up on Thursday afternoon since it was a large order: Multiple dress shirts, 3 suit jackets and 3 suit pants. Went to pick up on Thursday evening, they only had my dress shirts and the person there did not know where my suits were. They said Check back on Friday. I tell them fine, wedding is on Saturday. Friday is no big deal. Check back on Friday. No items. They don't have an answer as to why. They say it should definitely be there on Saturday morning. Check back on Saturday morning. No items. I tell them the wedding is at 3pm and the venue is 40 mins from my location. The guy tells me he will call me when items are there. Check back at store at 1pm. Still no items. Save yourself grief. Go to a real dry cleaners.

Nice people. They do a good job with my dress shirts and have done several alterations for me.

Best prices I’ve seen in Jax (relatively new here). Went to one of the places that share the parking lot, and they was TAXING! I checked out this one and got a much better value. I moved to the other side of town, and still make the drive. My drop offs are less frequent, but much bigger now.
