Just had the worst experience at this location. I’m not one to write reviews often but it was just that bad. After being told by whoever was working fitting rooms today that I could pick from any of the open rooms. One of the associates (I don’t know if it was the same one who was working the fitting rooms) proceeds to unlock the door without knocking and does not stop even though I’m telling her loudly that there’s someone in the room. As I was closer to the door she ends up hitting me with the door and it seems that’s when she realizes someone’s in there and quickly closes the door. All the associates watched me walk out but no one bothered to apologize. Clearly in la la land as the attendant watched me enter that room but to not bother to knock is INSANE

Store hours stated closing at 9 PM, had already placed a pickup order and came to pick up the order at 8 AM and THE STORE LOCKED ITS DOORS and someone refused to open the doors. Absolutely terrible, usually love aerie and offline but this is a terrible look. Don’t post store hours and no adhere to what you say.
Love this place! Great quality clothing and they always has some sort of sale.
