I received poor customer service from the print shop. I called several times to check on my order that I dropped off, which was only 4 pages to be enlarged and laminated. After week 1, I called and they said that it was not complete. No one ever called me back, nor did they let me know when it was ready. Will not be back!
I've been using them for months to print documents from email. Today I went in there with an urgent print job and they refused to help me because of the corona virus. They no longer can do print from email because of the corona virus... Does that make any sense? No. So I tried to buy a printer from them. They've been out of stock on printers for about 8 weeks. The other stores around have them in stock I just have to drive across town to get one
Easy to come in and get things done. They have self service printers that you can scan, print, and copy things. The employees were very nice and always helpful. There's even a fax machine here. You can use a paper cutter, scissors, stapler, and other stuff for free here. It's affordable to make prints in color and black and white. Definitely a good place to come if you don't have a printer at home :) however sometimes these printers are not working or on.
Been using their print services for my invoices and business cards for 23 plus years went in there Thursday 2 days ago guy at the counter cannot find me in their computer went there today Saturday June 1st God told me he would be with me in a couple of minutes waited almost 10 minutes he never helped me last few years in the worst service ever I will never return there I would give zero Stars if it allowed it horrible customer service
