  Consistently disrespectful staff. My nephew was hit in the head TWICE by footballs being thrown by STAFF! The diving board was broken nearly immediately after SIX employees were hanging underneath - yet when the kids jump in the deep end from the diving board, there is no free-swimming and they have to leave the deep end immediately, or they are told to get out. A male and female employee were hanging on each other in the water groping each other, in front of children. There’s a woman working in the office with headphones in that appears to have her children there playing in the pool with no one observing them. Employees are consistently on their phone, even ON the lifeguard stand. The staff plays in the pool - jumping on top of each other, pretending to drown and yelling ‘help me.’ When our concerns have been addressed - a gal literally asked “what do you mean?” as if we didn’t blatantly say what we had just seen her doing. Children are yelled at for jogging (which is 100% valid - it’s dangerous) yet staff members run and it doesn’t seem to be a problem or even remotely addressed. After raising concerns, an employee attempted to intimidate my elderly mother by staring her down from across the pool. There are some staff members that genuinely seem to enjoy their time working and are kind to the kids, paying attention and even playful with the kids, but the majority are obviously used to an atmosphere that allows these negative behaviors. With a staff of 9 people (that we saw) only two were working and all the others “were on their break” - which doesn’t seem mathematically possible, but whatever excuse is necessary to shut up our concerns. If you want your blood pressure tested and your family disrespected, I’d recommend it. Otherwise, our tax dollars are being played with here.
