⭐ I Would Not Recommend Romy Shaw I am posting this on behalf of a friend who does not have a Google account and asked me to share her experience. My friend’s experience with this real estate agent was extremely disappointing. She described her as rude, dismissive, condescending, and very unprofessional. She walked away from the interaction feeling as though she wasn’t good enough for this agent’s time or business. No potential client should ever be made to feel that way. I also learned that Romy Shaw is currently named as a defendant in a lawsuit involving the sale and advertising of a home. According to the allegations in the publicly filed lawsuit, issues have been raised concerning representations about the condition of the property, disclosure of alleged defects, and the use of descriptions and photographs from an earlier property listing. These are allegations in pending litigation, and I am not suggesting that a court has already determined them to be true. However, between my friend’s personal experience and the serious allegations contained in the lawsuit, I would personally be very cautious. When making one of the largest financial decisions of your life, you deserve a real estate professional who makes you feel respected, valued, and confident in the information you are receiving. Based on everything above, I would not recommend Romy Shaw as your future real estate agent.
