Ocean Villas

The negative reviews I've seen left here are ridiculous. This is a well maintained complex with convenient beach access, 2 amazing pools, and is very family friendly. My family has stayed here many times over the last several years and has no issues. The bad reviews mostly are complaints with parking or an individual condo, which should be taken up with the property manager or owner of that specific unit.

Was an excellent facility! I can’t really say enough about the accommodations that we stayed in while in Saint Augustine Beach at Ocean villas. The condo that we stayed in was a three bedroom two bath condo. Pricing was, in my opinion, excellent. The quality of Everything within our condo was absolutely spectacular. Every small detail down to the personally handwritten note to us was greatly appreciated! We stayed in unit number 76 and, we were absolutely impressed! Among the amenities, of course, while staying in a condo, pretty much everything that you could need was provided for you. Just a little hint, check early in the closet that has the washer and dryer as it holds a treasure trove of beach items that are available for your usage. Everything from shovels and toys for the little ones to tents and pop-up tents for beach beach use Even a boogie board too. Are there for your use. The kitchen was top quality! All stainless steel appliances greeted us and were excellent and easy to use. The cleanliness of the condo was also top rated. Bathrooms and all of the amenities that you would expect from linens to towels to wash cloths. We’re all just top quality. The facility featured a chlorine pool in the middle of the units with just private access for patrons of ocean villa, but it also featured a saltwater pool on the way out to the private beach. While the general public has some access to the beach, it is quite a drive to get down to where the beach is at. I highly recommend you search this place out and rent it for your next stay at Saint Augustine! You will be impressed and very pleased with the money you have spent. Oh, by the way, you were located about 10 minutes south of the main city of Saint Augustine, but also within just a mile or two of any of the amazing restaurants along the main highway in front of Ocean Villa. I can’t say enough about this property, except thank you for an excellent vacation stay in a very excellent condo.

Great location. Nice pools and the units are very nice and spacious.

Over the years we’ve rented several different units in this condo resort. Location is great, the pools are nicely kept, the people are generally great, overall really fantastic. We did once get stuck in the glass elevator which was quite hot and somewhat traumatic for my young child. Fire rescue did their job. The elevator inspection was way out of date. So maybe don’t use the elevators. Hopefully the condo board has gotten its act back together.
