Amazing experience from start to finish. I was a bit worried about managing a project from New York, but the team was attentive and guided me every step of the way. They really listened to what mattered most to me, balancing luxurious design with privacy. Installation in Manhattan can be a headache, but they handled it with total efficiency and professionalism, which was amazing! My Pirouette Shades look incredible, I'm obsessed!
An easy and professional process from start to finish and love the product. Gui is knowledgeable, and great to work with!! I highly recommend for blinds!! Also love working with Donna in the store.
Very professional and did their best to give us the best service and they solved our issues , completely......would definitely use them again.....very pleased, indeed...
Gui and Lucas were absolutely amazing! A few years ago, we had Hunter Douglas custom blinds put up on all our windows. We decided to paint the room and called these guys and asked if they could help us by telling me how to take them down. They came over to the house and took them all down for us! Then volunteered to come back after the panting was done and re-installed all the blinds, All very professionally done. This team was over the top in their professionalism, friendliness and willingness to do all this at no cost! If you want high quality work done stop into their store.
We were very happy with Lucas at Oca Shades. He was very helpful and wonderful to work with. We would highly recommend Lucas and Oca Shades.
