I can't say that I'd recommend them. While this facility is nice, cute and clean for the most part. Both of the times we went in for care the administrative office shared they had our previous records and each time they didn't require the documents even though I had confirmed that they were sent to their office and confirmed with their office on several occasions that they got the correct records which would impact the shots and vaccines needed for the next visit. It was incredibly frustrating because they were simply lazy and didn't do their job. The last visit we had Dr. Aylin Ozdemir saw him with another doctor she was training, she didn't listen very well to what I was sharing, when she asked me a question she didn't wait for the response and started talking immediately cutting me off to the trainee, she didn't have the proper updated paperwork because of the lack of professionalism from her office. While the front office was generally kind when greeting us we kept running into several issues with them not fulfilling what they needed to do. Our experience was frustrating and has been the worst care we've received since while he visited with the doctor she didn't even listen and give him the proper care. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this pediatric office.

I normally do not do any reviews, but today when my daughter was finished seeing Karen Roop, the ARNP at the Ponte Vedra office, she said to me, "I love her." My daughter has never felt comfortable with any doctor or nurse practitioner we have seen in the past and for her to say this made me feel like I needed to write a review to say how wonderful Karen Roop is for others to know. Mrs. Roop is amazing at her job and she is really good at throughly explaining the medical issues related to my daughter and even tells me issues that may come up in future, so that I do not worry about those health issues as well. Mrs. Roop is outstanding and I trust her completely with my daughters care. Thanks Mrs. Roop for going up and beyond to bring quality health care to my daughter!

We love Dr. O and her staff. My kids have been patients of hers for 14 years. Having an asthmatic child can be scary. Dr. O was always there for us. We recommend her to everyone with small children.

Dr. O is always there for you and your family. She has so much knowledge about vitamins, longevity, minerals and nutrition. She is always there when you need her.
