Samantha was amazing with my teenage niece at her first gynecology appointment. She immediately put her at ease and created a safe, comfortable environment where she felt comfortable asking questions and having open conversations. Samantha made sure my niece was okay discussing sensitive topics in front of me, answered every question thoroughly, and provided a wealth of information without a hint of judgment. She felt more like a trusted big sister than a sterile healthcare provider—kind, relatable, and genuinely invested in helping young women make informed decisions. Her approach is exactly what so many teens need. The impact she has on young girls’ confidence, knowledge, and healthcare experiences cannot be overstated. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found her, and I truly believe she is helping change the trajectory of young women’s lives through her empathy, compassion, and ability to connect.

Dr Long takes the time to listen to any concerns, she is kind and patient. She adjusts my compound medications based off our conversation and will search if I feel I need a more affordable option. I leave confident that I know what to expect from the meds and when my next labs are due. I would 100% recommend Dr Longs practice and feel lucky she has a new office in Ponte Vedra. Very satisfied 😌

I’m going preface this review with dr Kaplan is a phenomenal doctor and I highly recommend. This review mainly reflects the office staff/ whoever handles their admin? I live in Jax Beach and took off of work to go to an appointment. I was texted a couple of texts in all honesty with a link but did not click said link the day before. I drove to the WGV location (the person who scheduled me said the st Aug location not in the hospital) I go there day of and they aren’t there anymore. I spoke with Hannah over the phone and told her their location was not updated on their phone system nor Google Maps to which she replied that they had texted me and they could reschedule me for two months out Which is true but there was no responsibility or apology for them not updating their phone system or Google Maps only that they texted me. A simple apology would go a long way, have a little sympathy. Also update your phone system and Google Maps!

My Appointment was at the New Location at the Shoppes of Valley Ridge on US 1 N. I loved the new location, I loved the lots of parking and not having to walk a half mile to get to the office. I am super excited about the fact this is now a one stop shop, and will do my mammogram in December. My UF Doctors and Oncologist will have access to the information and now I am not having to get a CD and copies of my medical records to make sure they have them. Dr. Kaplan is amazing and continues to listen to my concerns and addresses any issues with the upmost prioritization. She cares for all her patients as if they were her own family.
