Oakwells Aquatics delivered an overall great experience from start to finish. Natalie was fantastic to work with on the initial design, and Russell, Danielle, and Aimee were all highly responsive in addressing any issues that came up during construction. Their attention to quality really stands out—if you’re looking for a pool built to last, Oakwells is the right choice. They also did an excellent job installing the Badu Jet Pro.

My family and I could not be any happier with the pool and just transformation of our backyard. The communication throughout the process from Danielle and Dylan was much more than I expected. They made sure to explain not only the current stage and what was happening but also what to expect next. We are very excited to start swimming and creating memories with our children. We had an outstanding experience from start to finish with this pool company, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. What began as a full demolition of an old pool turned into an absolute backyard paradise—but this project was about far more than just a renovation. We initially contacted them the day after a major hurricane hit Florida, when we experienced a serious issue known as a pool pop. Despite the circumstances, they responded immediately and came out right away. Not only did they repair the pool, but they went a step further by identifying the root cause of why it happened in the first place. From there, they led the project end-to-end — from design through completion — ensuring proper drainage throughout our yard so this would never happen again. That level of ownership and expertise truly set them apart. From day one, John, the owner, was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. As first-timers navigating a complex and stressful situation, we deeply appreciated how he walked us through options, pricing, and what we actually needed versus what we didn’t. He helped set clear expectations, explained the process thoroughly, and guided us through the entire timeline, which made everything feel far more manageable. Once construction began, Ben became our main on-site contact, and he was exceptional. He was always pleasant, extremely responsive, and proactive with communication. He consistently kept us informed on what stage the project was in, what was coming next, and made himself readily available whenever we had questions. We spoke frequently, and he was always open, transparent, and went above and beyond to make sure we understood exactly what was happening at every step. Overall, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The quality of work, professionalism, communication, and care were truly top-notch. We are absolutely in love with our new backyard and are so grateful for how they handled both the urgency and complexity of this project. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering a pool project and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
