I had an extremely disappointing experience with this facility. My toddler attended for approximately four months, and unfortunately, the experience was consistently chaotic and frustrating. I found it difficult to have meaningful or productive conversations with the staff, including the individuals in supervisory roles, regarding my child’s care and well-being. When concerns were raised, I often felt that they were simply acknowledged without any clear communication, follow-up, or resolution.I was also concerned by what appeared to be inconsistent documentation and communication regarding incidents involving my child. Behavior-related reports were completed promptly, yet when my child was injured or hurt themselves, I did not feel that the same level of documentation or communication was provided.Overall, my experience was disappointing—from the reception staff to the supervisors and classroom staff. I expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, supervision, and accountability when entrusting my toddler to their care. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I did not feel that those expectations were consistently met. But overall the afternoon Front office staff was amazing. Mr.Josh , Mr, Nicholas and Mr.Demerius were amazing and always so happy and cheerful .
Our daughter was enrolled in a local daycare in the Orange Park area and we continued to experience concerns there. A coworker recommended O2B because her son was enrolled, and she had nothing but wonderful things to say about it. From the moment I walked through the doors for our tour, I was sold. The environment felt more like a school than a daycare, and I loved that parents could see into the classrooms and learning spaces. We enrolled our daughter right away, and my only regret is that we didn't make the switch sooner. My daughter has now been at O2B for almost three years. During that time, she has thrived. She has developed positive social skills, confidence, and a love of learning. While I know a child's behavior is influenced by many factors, including what they learn at home, I truly believe the caring and supportive environment at O2B has played a significant role in her growth. What stands out most is the staff. They genuinely care about the children and treat them with kindness, patience, and love. No childcare center is perfect, but having experienced another center that was not the right fit for our family, I can confidently say that O2B has been an incredible experience. I highly recommend O2B to any family looking for quality childcare in the area. You won't regret it. Love, A mom who will truly miss this place when it's time for us to move on. Ms. Toni and Ms. Destini love their students. You can observe it in the carefully crafted environment and lessons, you can see it in their bright smiles of greeting, you can smell it wafting from trays of warm food at holiday parties, you can feel it in the comforting hugs offered to students, you can hear it in their joyful voices that ring with laughter, and you can taste it in new experiences like fresh coconut, homemade potato pancakes, and pink milk. Both teachers celebrate what each child has to offer; they welcome and accommodate students at all stages of the learning journey. The classroom home they’ve created is a safe place for children and friendships to grow. Also, it is lovely to be greeted every morning and afternoon by the efficient, capable, and courteous Kaylah, who knows everyone by name and nickname. :) Thank you, O2B VPK!
We love O2B for our kids! Our sweet baby loves the infant room with Alyssa, Courtney, and Amy! They go the extra mile to help support her needs and meet milestones! Our toddler has ASD and Liz and Jovi are so patient and loving with her! They work on supporting her with her speech delay and sensory needs. I can’t begin to say how truly grateful we are that all of these amazing teachers are there to care for and love on our kiddos!
My daughter has been coming here for several years now and the counselors are very caring. Demerius, Josh, and Nick are absolutely Amazing, Caring, and always on top of things. Keep up with the amazing work guys!!!!
