Geoff is a professional and knowledgeable inspector. He performed a whole house inspection along with wind mitigation and 4 point inspections. He was prompt for the appointment and worked steadily checking everything inside and outside of the home; walking on the roof, inside the attic, and the electrical, plumbing, faucets, windows, etc. The next day he provided a detailed report (including supporting photos) of everything he checked and what needed attention. He is comfortable to talk with and available for my many follow-up questions. His prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend him.
I highly recommend Geoffrey, he was very transparent on our inspection and left nothing unturned. We asked questions and he answered them honestly with no sugar coating. This is the type of company you need to have to get honest answers for one of the biggest purchases of your life. Recommend 100%
Home Inspection report was completed the same day as the inspection. Report was VERY thorough. Great communication before, during, and after the inspection. 5-stars all day!
Geoffrey of Nu Element was just simply the BEST! Very thorough, took time, explained everything fully, and raised a few issues without being alarmist. We are confident going forward with our home purchase largely because of the trust we have in the quality of the Nu Element home inspection 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟When contemplating your next home purchase, give yourself the most blessed gift of peace of mind. Look no further for an inspector and call Geoffrey!
When buying a home it’s the inspection process that can make or break the deal. I can assure you that Geoffrey did a thorough inspection and went above and beyond with information found. He shared his knowledge while highlighting things that needed to be addressed. It was an awesome experience he found things and brought them to my attention so we could get them taken care of. I would recommend them 100% quality service! Thanks again we appreciate you!
