Oh Happy Day! I still remember the day I decided to explore the idea of my son starting the NOW! Program online. I was both skeptical and hopeful. I worried about spending a lot of money without seeing results—but I told myself that the worst outcome wouldn’t be the cost; it would be not trying at all and regretting it later. I figured that at the very least, he’d make some progress, and that would be better than nothing. And then I thought—what if this program really does everything it claims to do, just like the randomized controlled trials suggest? That would be the best-case scenario. My son began the NOW! Program on Monday, April 4, 2022, at 1:00 PM. He was 10 years old, finishing up 4th grade. At that time, reading was slow and exhausting for him. He needed constant prompting to read at a kindergarten or first-grade level. His comprehension struggled, and while his writing was full of wonderful ideas, they were jumbled and hard to follow. Math was his strength, but even then, basic facts, word problems, and multi-step problems were challenging. At the same time, he had just started a global school for dyslexic learners and was doing neurofeedback to help with focus. Looking back now, it’s honestly hard to put into words just how different he is today. The transformation is mind-blowing—and deeply emotional for me. Today, almost three years later, my son completed his final NOW! session as a thriving 13-year-old 7th grader. Over the years, he completed all four parts of the program (Foundations, Mental Imagery, Grammar and Writing, and NMCI–Math), along with Occupational Therapy at The Morris Center in Ponte Vedra Beach. He rarely missed a session, attending consistently—even during breaks, summers, and holidays. He gave up playtime, family time, and a whole summer to attend the intensive in-person program from May 31 to August 28, 2023, which led to a permanent relocation to Florida. We couldn’t be happier with that decision. Now, he’s finishing 7th grade with straight A’s. He attends a private school—no IEP and it’s not a “special needs” school. He’s reading above grade level, writing well-organized five-paragraph essays, and moving into an accelerated math class next year. One of his proudest achievements this year? Scoring 100% on his midyear math assessment. He’s even performed in his school play, memorizing lines and acting in front of a crowd. He’s volunteered to read the Bible aloud at school in assemblies. Most importantly, he is happy and confident. He is SO incredibly proud of himself—and so are we. Thank you to the amazing tutors, staff at The Morris Center in Ponte Vedra Beach, and Dr. Conway. My son is truly empowered. This program delivered exactly what it promised and changed the trajectory of his life for the better.

We had a fantastic experience with the NOW! Program. Our 10 year old completed the NOW! Foundations program in 6.5 months through online tutoring. He finished the program reading at grade levels above from where he started. Even though he's done with the program, his reading speed continues to increase. We are incredibly thankful we found NOW!

After years of trying all available options to remediate my son's ability to read and write, we finally found a program that delivered results. Great program. My teenager who struggled with dyslexia took the program begrudgingly. She stuck to it and finished the program, making great strides! Her improved grades are evidence that the program works.
