Novix Auto Body Inc - Jacksonville FL

Had a great experience getting my car fixed. The work was done in the time promised. It looks as good as new, the paint color is a perfect match. They really pay attention to the details. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend bringing your car to this shop. They work on everything from high-end luxury vehicles to everyday cars, and they treat every vehicle with the same level of care. Their team is fast, professional, and offers great prices on repairs . If you’re looking for quality work at an affordable price, this is definitely the shop to trust.

Suspected a leak coming from the roof rack of our 2017 Toyota Tacoma, but wouldn’t find anyone who wanted to diagnose. We were sent to Novix and Andre couldn’t have been more helpful. Found the leak coming from rear cabin air vents(something I’d have never looked at), had it fixed in two days, and sent detailed photos along the way. He took into consideration that my husband was deployed and I have a young son, and worked with me to get it done quickly and be flexible with drop off and pick up! As a woman, I often feel places naturally try to overcharge me, but I didn’t feel that way here. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Very honest, very professional, and will tell you what you absolutely need what you don’t. I went to Mr. Andre with my friend’s car for maintenance work. He told me what needs to be done and what could wait. Didn’t take long to finish the job and price was very reasonable! Highly recommended
