Terrible customer service from start to finish. They were unresponsive, rude, difficult to work with, and seemed to have very limited knowledge of insurance. Getting anyone on the phone was nearly impossible, and communication was consistently frustrating. I would not recommend going through this wholesaler for any insurance needs.
