DOn't do it - RENT FROM ANOTHER MANAGER. I booked one of their properties on VRBO, and it was supposed to be confirmed within 24 hrs. 3 days later, I called them and got a gal who was vague and confused and told me she needed to check on something and would call me back. She did not. Messaged them again 2 days later and got a response from Tracy, the owner (I believe), that the owner of the unit I had requested to rent was not getting back to them on whether it was available for my dates in Oct. Meanwhile, without confirmation of the booking from Nottingham, VRBO charged me a $128 service fee. Couple of days later, I finally got a message from Tracy "owner doesn't want to rent the unit short-term anymore" with no apology or further comment. Had to call VRBO and raise hell when they told me I would get the fee back in 2 weeks. Ridiculous, immature and wildly unprofessional, all of them. Nottingham should have made sure the owner was on top of blocking the calendar and indicating that weekend rentals would not be accepted. The system had accepted my Fri-Sun rental dates. Inventory in that community is very low on that week, so while all this was going on, all other available double-king units were snatched up. THANKS Nottingham and VRBO. Won't be doing business with you again.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful vacation rental managed by Nottingham Realty & Rentals in Ponte Vedra Beach. The property was stunning, with breathtaking ocean views and immaculate interiors. The team at Nottingham Realty & Rentals always picks up the phone and was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay, from clear communication to helpful local tips. It is my understanding they are local to the area and have great knowledge and experience when it comes to vacation rentals in Northeast Florida. Their attention to detail and customer service made our experience stress-free and memorable. Highly recommend if you're looking for a top-notch beach getaway!

I rented a condo by the beach for my family several months ago. I paid a pet deposit, and was sent pictures showing a large bleached area where I had "cleaned pet urine, etc." I left this condo cleaner than when I arrived, washing all dishes and laundry, mopped the floors and vacuumed all areas. I would never use bleach on carpet for ANY stain. I thoroughly enjoyed this condo and it was the second time that I rented from Nottingham. I asked repeatedly and kindly for my deposit, only to be told that they had to "ask the company from where I purchased the insurance if they covered this damage.". Months have gone by, and I cannot even get a response. I am very disappointed that they wrongfully accused me of being dumb enough to bleach carpet, and of failing to communicate repeatedly. Do not plan to get your deposit back if you rent from them. I had dealt with Mrs. Nottingham during the first visit and everything went very well. However, this time I dealt with Nicole and she literally refused to communicate .

Our family absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful beachside condo. The 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds, and two bathrooms were ideal for our family of four. The living room is more than spacious and can easily accommodate an extra couple of sleepers though. The condo had all the amenities we needed to cook in after a day in the sun but is perfectly located to walk to several local restaurants. We had a lot of fun adventuring out to local eats, and the location is so close to various shopping centers and easy day excursions, like Jacksonville, St. Augustine, or the Talbot islands. The community pool was a great way to mix up our water fun, but the highlight was how close were to the ocean. It was so easy to bring our beach equipment down, and the condo included several beach items to borrow for our stay like chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. The beach here is so clean and wide, great for families. We will definitely be coming back!
