Norwood Supply

Bought 7 interior (double shaker, pre-hung) doors from Norwood after being recommended them by a friend who uses them a lot. Solid, quality doors at a price that still beat the box stores. I didn’t inspect doors when loading and we found out one of them had a damaged jamb when I got home. Norwood was easy to work with and swapped it out for me. Have already recommended them to someone and will continue to do so. Thanks guys!

Possibly the worst supplier I've ever worked with... wish there was a 'negative-star' rating system. I ordered $1,100.00 of pine tongue and groove for a ceiling job. The salesman said to expect 10-15% waste due to lumber grade. Well, that actually turned out to be closer to 50%... nearly half the load was just firewood. So I called and asked the salesman to please do something to make this right. He asked for photos of the twisted boards and description of where it was stored (which was completely dry, off the ground and underneath covered area). His response was, "oh well, too bad, you knew what you were getting." At the time of sale he said I was "lucky" to get the last of the material they had in stock. In fact Norwood was lucky to find an unsuspecting customer to offload their remaining picked-over scraps to. Nice work fellas... congrats, you win the "Disreputable Business of The Year" Award. To whoever reads this post, please heed my advice... do yourself a favor and don't get duped by these thieves. Source your materials somewhere, anywhere else. Send Norwood a clear message that screwing over customers has a cost. This time it was me... next time it could be anyone.

I had an unusual size door that was rusting badly. I couldn’t find a new door anywhere. I called Norwood Supply and they said no problem. We ordered the door over the phone and got it a week and a half later just perfect! Great service, great pricing. I would suggest Norwood Supply to anybody needing a door or building supplies.
