Northside Tractor & Lawn Equipment

Worst place I ever done business with. I have tried many times over the years and the owners son has a real attitude issues . Very rude tries to belittle the customer. Their stock they they have on file uses PC and takes them 30 minutes to find 1 part . Agpro much better folks went there Purchased the belt andnew 1600 deck there loss

I went to this location just this week to get a part for the troy-bilt riding mower I have by the way is a sorry piece of equipment for what I paid, its a single cylinder 19 horse briggs that runs ok but it has always leaked oil on the muffler and I was told by one of the shops that the engine was shot...its only 2 years old and has been used maybe 10 times, come to find out after I looked at it myself that the valve cover was leaking and it looked like the engine was burning the oil. The valve cover was missing 2 bolts on the bottom and the gasket was silicone which was not spread correctly.I bought this to replace my craftsman which I loaned out and it came back with a bent deck that I couldn't get again..it was a better mower on its worst day, this mower vibrates and makes noise to no end.there used to be a shop on lem turner that i did business with but they closed so I had to find somewhere else is how I came across northside tractor.I can find nothing bad to say about this place, they had what I needed in the store and I would rather get it that way when I can...just my own personal way.they have a lot of parts and they work on small engines also...I will go back there if I need something again.

Took all of 5 seconds for the rude individual on the phone answer yelling because he was talking to someone else when he answered the phone. I guess I interrupted his conversation. I will not be using their service
