I had a nightmare of a time dealing with my insurance and these guys fought them on my behalf and got the quote approved for what was needed. Brian, the owner, was super thorough. Other shops would have just taken any aftermarket part to save cost and time but he got only the beat oem parts for my car. I'm so glad they were the ones to take care of my vehicle repairs.

Had some rusted rocker panels repaired and a few fenders painted. Came out looking like new.

Absolutely a 5/5 star experience! Let me just start off by saying… if you have Progressive as your insurance company… PLEASE SWITCH TO STATEFARM. For everyone’s sake. My car got hit (my car was parked) in the Grumpy’s Parking lot, June 30th. It was hell working with Progessive to get the beginning of this claim started. The adjuster was horrid and the others that supported (Not John or Collin) never answered. Ashley with Northside is phenomenal to work with. She called Progressive multiple times for me to get the information I needed since they didn’t respond to me. I dropped off my car finally on July 17… a day before we were leaving for vacation and after Enterprise promised they had a car for me…. Come to find out, they gave someone my rental and told Ashley as I was standing in the shop dropping off my vehicle. I was stranded…. Ashley called EVERY Enterprise , and random rental car companies she could find in the surrounding areas… NO ONE had a vehicle. Not even the airport. She expanded to Orange Park… which you know living in Yulee, is a hike!! But she found a car!!! I got a ride to Blanding to pick up the car from Hertz, only to find out that 1 mile down the road, the engine light came on. So back to Hertz I went. And thank gosh they have me a Kia that someone called about but didn’t put a deposit on, so after my mental breakdown, the lady gave it to me. Legit on the verge of tears … a day before vacation. It was a mess. Called to let Ashley know the chaos that occurred, and she listened and made the experience positive, reminding me the next day was vacation mode! Flash forward to the work on my car, she always communicated where they were and called or texted with updates. If I called, she answered all questions. This transaction was seamless with the way she knows how to handle business (With Progressive being horrible to work with). I picked up my car today and the work is PHENOMENAL. I am so impressed .. and to top it off, they washed and cleaned my tires! I mean, TALK ABOUT SERVICE! 100% recommend this facility for your needs! They are fantastic. The experience I had was rough at the beginning due to the insurance issues BUT Ashley and the team made it so much better. I am forever grateful! ☺️

I went to get a new towing package bc someone hit me from behind, they had the parts within a week and only took them a few hours and I was back in my truck with a new towing package to tow a bigger trailer. I called several shops, and these guys were the only ones that didn't have a month wait. I'd give 10 stars if I could just for how quick they were. They are very nice people, and I didn't feel like I was overcharged. This will be the only place I take my truck in future occasions!
