I broke down on I-95 in Jacksonville when my rear differential failed, and this shop got me taken care of. They explained the repair, kept me updated, and worked hard to get me back on the road. Dealing with a breakdown is stressful, but the team made the process much easier. I appreciate their help and would recommend them for heavy-duty truck repair.
Rogelio and team did Amazing job on my truck, I came in originally for a pm service while I was in Jacksonville before my load, while inspecting my truck he noticed transmission bolts were loose and some were broken off! Which was the reason I started feeling a small vibration near engine, they had to drop transmission and fixed properly because of that I did not have a catastrophic accident or failure on my way from Jacksonville to delivery 1300 miles away. Also replaced engine belts and did a valve adjustment!!! Truck feeling new again! Will be back when in Jacksonville.
Been to both of their shops in Jacksonville and Palatka and both offer great service. They don’t make you feel uncomfortable, no rude mechanics. They’ll be the coolest people as long as you respect the rules. Had my truck broken down for two days because of part not being available the shop manager gave me his card to go eat and shower at no expense. They treat you like real human being. Thank you Eduardo!!
Finally good service in Jacksonville! not a junkyard shop. Replaced my radiator, pressure tested it before I left and went on a test drive with me to make sure I am comfortable service.
