I have been more than patient with this company, but I can't stop myself from writing this review anymore. It's a shame too, because some of the people who work here are actually nice, but that does not fix the fact that the internet and phone service they provide are consistently dog water. For around 22 years we have had this service, and for around 22 years we have wanted a replacement for the internet. We stayed on so that we could keep a landline active, and even that has problems. Recently though, the internet problem has persistently gotten worse though, with us losing internet connection and then not being able to reconnect for days. Then after it does reconnect, I have trouble reconnecting in different rooms. I was convinced, after explaining my problem, to purchase a mesh that would make the internet run smoother from room to room. The only problem is, every time I have problems connecting, the mesh will stop working and I'll have to get a new one. I'm on my fourth mesh, and my internet disconnected today for absolutely no reason. We weren't even home for the entire day, and according to the Google mesh, we lost internet midday, and it is still not back. The only way I'm even able to type this right now is that I have data, but not internet. I'm honestly sick of this, especially considering we supposedly bought the best bundle they have for internet, yet we still have to fight just to be able to use it half of the time. I'm only leaving this review because this cycle of losing internet and buying meshes has continued for almost 5 years without any sign of being resolved, and my patience is gone.

I have never seen worse upload and download speeds in my life. Nefcom literally will not help you get it figured out either, if your not paying the bill, they are not concerned about helping the customer. If you can get any other internet where you live, I suggest not going with nefcom unless it is the only choice like it is for me.

Have had NO OTHER choice but to use this Janky company for over 20 years now and they STILL don't have up to date lines so when it rains (everyday during summer months) our phone lines AND internet goes out. Do yourself a favor and use ANY OTHER MEANS. I promise you will be mad paying them monthly to only have issues CONSTANTLY. In response to their response.... Y'all do not appreciate long term customers. I've experienced this many times over the years. Tell the customer anything to hush us up knowing the problem isn't and wasn't fixed. As far as the weather goes, I'm NOT speaking of torrential downpours, I'm speaking of a small sprinkle which Florida gets practically daily in the summer months. As far as fiber goes, not available for at least another 2 years. (No I'm not in the boonies) Attempting to discredit customers that go thru this constantly by trying to toot your own horn or get more customers from their silly response. Just DON'T use them y'all! PERIOD
