Refuses to send my wife’s medical records to her primary care physician. Wants to charge $55 copay for a phone call that didn’t even help or attempt to help with a diagnosis and proper treatment. We are seeking a second opinion and once completed, we will be following up with the FLDOH medical review board.
I'm in the office right now. Was told over the phone that I did not have to let them copy my ID as long as I brought it. Drove a whole county over and then they refused to see me because I wouldn't let them scan my id. They have now put my health at serious risk due to waiting to see them for serious health issues that will now go even longer due to this. Refuse to give me the main office manager or their attorney's info either. I will be taking this to the medical board. Also, they refused to give me my original records I had sent here and refused to shred them in front of me too. This why I don't give out copies of my id. I guess my info will be compromised yet again!
I had a terrible experience with them. I was charged more than I should pay. I called the billing department and they said they could not refund me until the insurance paid. I waited 1 month and half , called again. this time they said they billed the wrong insurance company and they had to re-bill. I asked can somebody call me when this issue solved , the answer is no, i have to keep calling them to check. Another thing is to update the prescriptions, you will never get to talk to a real person , all you will get is voicemail and you will never know if the voicemail you left ever get listened as nobody ever call you back! Terrible place!!
I've been a patient of Dr. Silva's for over 30 years. He's not only an exceptional doctor but also a genuinely caring person. His nurse, June, is always responsive and kind, and the long-time sonogram technologist is efficient and compassionate. Jennifer and Marilyn make every visit smooth, from check-in to check-out, with Marilyn's friendly presence welcoming patients for nearly two decades at the Fleming office. Though I've occasionally had challenges with scheduling, Dawn promptly resolved them. I'm grateful to be cared for by such a dedicated, patient-centered team.
Told me the date of my appt but totally different date on appt card other than that appointment went well
