I have had two excellent experiences with North Florida Surgeons, about ten years apart. 10 years ago, I had surgery with Dr. Berlin for abdominal adhesions. After multiple consults elsewhere, she was the surgeon who was willing to help me when others were not, and that made a lasting impression. She is skilled, compassionate, and someone I felt completely comfortable trusting. The surgery with her went well and I recovered without any issues. More recently, I was referred back to the practice and treated by Dr. Lindsey, who was equally impressive. She was confident, knowledgeable and immediately recognized what was going on. She explained the plan clearly and scheduled surgery without any unnecessary delays. She was very kind and friendly, which made a stressful situation much easier. I had robotic hernia repair, everything went smoothly and my recovery has been exactly as described. I am very thankful for the care I received from both surgeons and would highly recommend North Florida Surgeons.
Dr Debbie Berlin did my surgery. She explained everything in detail upfront. Very professional from start to finish also following up with me after the surgery. I would recommend her to anyone needing surgery. I can do things i have not been able to in 5 years
AVOID THIS PLACE! Huge scam, went for a consultation with Dr. Lindsay, all information i wanted was, if we can schedule a surgery in the next 4 months, thats it, they didn't take my vitals they didn't prescribe anything, nothing just if I can have a surgery in 4 months. The conversation lasted 3 minutes and they charged me $1,100 for those 3 minutes, this place is nothing but a huge scam! Dont want to even imagine how much the surgery will be. So do yourself a favor and avoid this money grabbing snake pit !
The staff's service was excellent; they are very friendly and enthusiastic. The surgeon did an excellent job and was very cordial and kind. Highly recommended.
Dr Brinkman was great but the office staff is incompetent! They screwed up my short term disability paperwork which caused me to not get paid! I called early April to to make them aware and they messed up the return to work date and they said they would take care of it but they did not! Now I have no pay check and my mortgage is due!
