It was a horrible experience! And I’ve never had a horrible experience with them since getting the car in 2012. I was told two weeks prior to drop the car off due to a “small leak.” I scheduled and dropped the car off at 8am for services to locate and fix the leak. About 6/7 hours later I called several times with no answers to check in because I didn’t receive a call or update. Nobody answered. As closing came someone finally answered reporting that they did not even know where my car was and that he would call back. I arrived to the dealership before the call back. The employee then handed me my keys stating he was not told what was wrong with my car and that he would call back tomorrow after speaking with the mechanics. Over the next week I proceeded to call with no one answering or attempting to help me. After two weeks of trying to talk to management and never getting responses, I took the car elsewhere. To which they informed me that I in fact had two very large leaks in both my left and right gaskets which damaged my spark plugs. After this experience I will not be returning back to Lincoln. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever again! And I for sure won’t ever buy another car from this location!

The best customer service to the par. I received phone calls from them for the safety recall, and they were able to accommodate my fluid schedule. The car was washed and cleaned. Thank you for taking care of your customers. Shalom 🍾 🙏

They were so rude and sarcastic to my wife. They tried to do more than they needed to do to look at her car, it seems because she's a woman they tried to take advantage of her.
