We have been using this shop since they first opened, based on the recommendation of a mutual friend. Not only do they do outstanding work, but they are also some of the most honest, caring people we've ever met. They've taken care of all four of our family's cars, including the two our daughters drive. Just last week, one of my daughter's car broke down on the highway and she had to go to the nearest Hyundai dealership. The repair ended up being covered under a recall, but of course the dealership recommended additional work. My husband called Jeff for his opinion, and Jeff honestly told him what did not need to be done. Even more impressive, the very next day Jeff called my husband back just to make sure our daughter was okay and had made it home safely. That kind of genuine care is incredibly rare these days. Jeff and Tommy are simply amazing. They have earned our trust completely and make our entire family feel safe every time we bring one of our vehicles to them. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! **********
I brought my wife’s Lexus here for service. They were so welcoming from the start. Tommy greeted me and was eager to help. We keep our cars for a long time so maintenance is important. He looked up all the recommended services and scheduled a time that worked well. When I picked it up, they explained all they’d done and gave me an assessment moving forward. I found my shop to take care of my vehicles. So happy I found them and look forward to them working on all our vehicles. They truly care and it shows. Thanks NF Garage!!
This place is amazing and Tommy was such a big help. I had been shopping around different mechanic shops to help repair my 2004 Honda Pilot for about 2-3 weeks and this place just knocked it out of the park. I dont know much about cars but I wanted to get an understanding of price. Everywhere I called I heard the same thing "Can't tell you until you bring it in" I get it! But I was looking for a rough estimate bc i didnt want to get a nasty surprise when it was time to pay up. Tommy delivered. He broke things down and provided different possibilities. It really showed he knew his stuff. And guess what? stuff came up but I was fine with that because expectations were met. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. More than happy to give all my money to a business that valued me and my annoying ass questions. 100% positive ill be returning and getting all my work done here. Gotta come back to get my AC fixed. 😉
North Florida Garage was recommended by a friend who is knowledgable about auto repairs and local service options. Tommy and his team replaced the spark plugs on my Lexus RC350 FSport. The work was done well, completed by the next business day, and for a little bit below estimate when they passed along a sale price they found for the parts. The customer service was very good.
I’ve never had to worry about any kind of maintenance on my car till now. Was incredibly nervous about who I let work on my car. Considering I’ve had a wrench left under my hood at another shop. Came in for an oil change and I’ve decided I will never allow anyone to work on my vehicle but them!!! Extremely trustworthy!!! And very informative. They definitely put in the extra time and effort! I would give them 10 stars if I could!
