They had a great selection of golf carts onsite and friendly customer service. We had our cart delivered within 3 business days. The staff is knowledgeable about the warranty and different batteries. Fair prices too. I would recommend this business.
Such great people and a well-run business. Mike knows his stuff, and such a nice man. Very helpful to me in deciding to purchase a used cart- no pressure- straightforward with facts and knowledge. Appreciate his style. And I bought a cart! Can’t wait to get it after the team gets it all fixed up. Tammi was super nice too- helped with the purchase - so easy - seamless. Thankful to have found them. Honest, kind and knowledgeable- does not get any better. Thank you Mike.
I’ve worked with Tammy and her team over the past few years. Having dealt with another golf cart company prior to meeting NFCC, I can honestly say there is no better place to buy/service your golf cart. Highly recommend their team 10/10!
First time using these folks for any work on our golf cart - gotta say, tremendously fabulous customer service from Tammy. Up front w pricing, expectation, and consultation on what’s needed on our cart. And a super affordable rate per hour and quality work! Free pickup and drop off from your house (not like those other ‘Ponte Vedra’ guys who nickel and dime you). Will be using this company again and again for all my golf cart needs!!
North Florida golf carts has been amazing, everyone I’ve talked to from both female owners to the staff. I highly recommend them especially if you are new to Nocatee or Ponte Vedra and haven’t owned a golf cart before. They will answer any questions you have and I would only go to them for everything to buying your cart, to a new charger, new batteries and service. If you’re within range they pickup your cart for free and drop it back off. Trust worthy, reliable and kind.
