This is my go to when ever an automobile situation needs to be met. The North Florida agency are the definition of Jacksonville care when it comes to service,care, and above all reliable car coverages. I love to keep my insurance and it's so comforting to know their not so far away.

I have been a long time customer and when I got my auto insurance with Bacon Insurance, I was referred by a friend and I brought my monthly payment to the office when they were on Merrill Road. I felt that the staff there were like family, because treated me that way. No matter the distance, I didn't mail my payment, I took it to them to make my payment, because I looked forward to seeing them.
Super easy to work with! Mr. Lyons provided clear details about various options with desired coverage (as well as slightly different variations with his industry expertise) at the best price possible!! Love having him bundle all of our insurance together, too.
