NEFL pool service has been servicing our pool for decades our newest (7 months) technician Brad is always courteous, professional and capable. Brad always has time to say hello to me and my children if we are there but also respects that I work nights and am not always around. Brad always pays attention to not park where he might block me in even though he is not on property for long. Brad also makes sure if we have questions he has time for us not rushing things but providing quality service.

We hired them after having a pool company decided that they were just going to use chlorine instead of salt. Also had multiple issues with the other company. We decided to change. This has been the best decision we have done. This company has been amazing. Kevin is our pool maintenance person and has done amazing things with our Pool and is very knowledgeable and always friendly and my puppy huckleberry. Looks forward to seeing him every week.

Marcus did a great job for my pool. I used to struggle with keeping up with the chemicals, and the pool always wanted to turn green. Since Marcus took over just a few weeks ago, my pool is really starting to look amazing now. Water is crystal clear, even though my pool is outdoors surrounded by trees with no pool screen. I am able to finally enjoy the pool, instead of fighting those algae.

Our pool was turning into a pond that only frogs could enjoy. We called Alex at North East Florida pool service and he promptly came out to the house and confirmed that our DE filter was broken. He recommended switching to a cartridge filter because it was easier to maintain (no backwashing - yay!), and that it would take up less space. A few days later, our new filter was installed and the pool was on the road to recovery. Sorry frogs.
