I had a prescription called in around 10:30 and it was urgent for pain. Johnny the tech reached out and said he knew why I needed it and would do everything to get it filled the same day. He did just that. Called and confirmed with me. I picked up the medication and the pharmacist was incredibly helpful. The customer service was amazing. I owe them hours/days with much less pain because of all that they did to get me the medication today. Beyond satisfied. Thank you so much.
The veterinarian prescribed an antibiotic for my dog. The price through them would be $78. I got a paper prescription to shop for a better price. Everywhere I went said they could not fill it because of the combination it represented. I think the vet probably knew that when it was written. (Thus the high price). I called North Beaches Pharmacy asked if they were able to handle it. They said absolutely and asked if what flavor I wanted the prescription to be so it would be easier to give it to my dog. I came by, they said they would work it in before they closed and it would be $48. Almost a 50% savings. The people there are friendly professionals and I highly recommend this Pharmacy for both your pet and people prescriptions. They are a compounding Pharmacy and can mix/make up whatever you need. This place is Great!!
The Best Pharmacy ever used. Great Pharmacy! Wonderful people working at this Pharmacy very kind and caring. They are very very knowledgeable and kind and caring with top notch products. Thank you very much for helping my wife feel soo much better. God bless you guys
I will be taking them to court. Instead of 0.75mg they gave me 7.5mg for 6 months before the realized their mistake. The label on the bottle even said 0.75mg. They're lucky they didn't kill someone. And now ny body is used to 7.5mg of expensive medicine and I'm having several severe side effects that are affecting my daily life and causing me to have to miss work. I'm so sick that I can't even call them and I barely have the strength to write this. And they are trying to make me pay for their mistake. They were supposed to send me 4.5mg at no charge for me to try to taper down, i always get a 90 day supply and they sent me about a 3 week supply if that so they wouldn't have to take the more expensive blow due to their error. I am reporting them to the pharmacy board and suing them.
A pharmacy that will turn your prescription into a liquid with flavoring. My senior dog needed seizure meds and would not take them unless made into a liquid... chicken flavored
