I'm two fold about this review because i had a great experience with them moving my household goods but a horrible experience with the third party they partner with to move my vehicle. I did a cross country move, Brenda, Meagan, Yvonne, and all the household good movers all had really good customer service. They updated me every step of the way, arrived on time, and moved quickly. Now moving the vehicle was another story. Customer service was TRASH, they picked up the car a week later than scheduled. When it came time to be delivered, the delivery driver called the day before and we made a plan for the next day with location and time. Once we got off the phone, I sent a follow up text to confirm what we spoke about. He responded, okay thank you. Next day? The time we decided past, I called and he acted like we never had a conversation. Said he never gave me a time and was speaking to me with a very high pitched and rude tone. There was so much more that happened in between time that's too much to explain but it was a horrible experience. Brenda is still in contact with them to try find some type of compensation for having to deal with this. We will see.

We used Baymeadows Movers 3 times. And while I hope to never have to use them again..lol...I would like to see these guys again. Our move out, move to storage, then back to New house, and local move from temp Apt to New house, I felt like they knew us. Very professional, led by Lamont, with Joe and Dex. They were funny, professional, and very involved... Knowing exactly how things should be spaced. They didn't just wrap everything with so much paper and blankets and call it done, they cared about the unwrapping and placement. Even happily put up with my...1/2 " more please. While they are fun, they are fast and efficient and stay focused. Let's not forget the office staff, Lilly specifically, who handled all my calls and planning with calm and assurance they could get it done. And done they did. They will forever be my movers, well, my friends and family movers hopefully. Great job ladies and gents.
Bay Meadows Allied Van just Packed and moved my household from Florida to West Virginia. I can't say enough. Good things about the gentleman who packed up my home. They did an exceptional job and we're very careful with all my items. The communication from the Jacksonville office regarding the arrival of my packers to The arrival of my movers was wonderful. Everything was on time and I knew what the plan was every step of the way. Couldn't have had a better experience. A big shout out to the Bay Meadows team.
We had a great experience with North American Moving Services! From the initial coordination with Dayan to the actual move with Mike, everything was handled professionally and with care. They arrived right on time in Florida—just as we requested for an early start—and delivered our belongings the very next day to our new home in Pennsylvania. Everything arrived in excellent condition, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for reliable, timely, and careful movers!
By far the best movers in town from start to finish. From the office staff and scheduling department, to m the movers themselves m. They are fantastic. This is our third time using them and they never disappoint. Courtesy and kind and also well priced. They work extremely hard and with Care. Make sure you show them how much you appreciate them!!
