Unprofessional staff! Had to ask for assistance when walking in for first time visit. Rep was not forth coming with info about services at first, when I only wanted to enjoy a free one day pass before joining. I watched as customers came in, and staff did not greet or assist them either. Staff seemed to only be interested in talking to one another instead of customer service! I did not join because of this...
Yes I do go shopping everyday. Family Dollar is my favorite store!
Staff is very helpful and friendly. When the Winn Dixie on Wilson closed, this was my nearest one. Staff even knows me and my family. Very welcoming. Wish I could give them 10 stars!
