I had a great dental experience from start to finish! Yolanda cleaned my teeth and was very professional, friendly, and gentle throughout my appointment. Everest handled my checkout and was incredibly sweet and helpful. She even took the time to write out an appointment card for me, which I really appreciated. Jacob, the receptionist, was also very nice and welcoming. There was a delay during my wait, but he kept a positive attitude, was helpful throughout the process, and even offered me some water. Overall, the staff was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I truly appreciate the great customer service from Yolanda, Everest, and Jacob. Definitely a wonderful team and a great dental office—I highly recommend them!

Vadym and Shay were both patient, professional, and took the time to explain every step of the process and the requirements along the way. I usually dread any dentist appointment but this visit was surprisingly pleasant thanks to the wonderful staff. Shay was especially knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure my benefits were verified and my insurance and photo ID was correctly added to my chart. To top it all off, Everest scheduled my follow-up appointment and helped me settle the balances from both today's visit and a previous visit. She did so with a pleasant attitude and a genuinely helpful spirit. Overall, this was a great experience with an outstanding team. Thank you all for making a dental visit much more comfortable than I expected!

The experience at first was very nice. I went in to make an appointment to have my teeth pulled and to get my permanent dentures. And may I remind you that this was a year ago I told them what I wanted there was an African-American woman there she was She quoted me a price for everything $15,000 thousand dollars. I had the money at the time to get this done. So I paid cash in advance before I ever had anything done. I paid 15,000 thousand dollars to get my teeth pulled and two get my partial dentures and i paid for my permanent dentures So the time comes for me to get my permanent dentures well guess what I never got them. They proceeded to tell me that I owe them another five thousand dollars. I was confused cause I had already paid them $15 000 thousand dollars and now they say I cannot get my permanent dentures because I owe more money when I already paid them $15,000 that was their quote to me for getting my teeth pulled my partial dentures and my permanent ones too. guess what I never got them. They wanted me to pay another $5,000 what the hell. Their quote to was 15,000 thousand dollars of which I paid in full and I have proof and the bank statement to prove it i I paid them $15,000 cash prior and in advance before I had any work done. The reason I paid in full and upfront is because I don't do payments I don't like payments and I'm very bad on making payments if I'm going to have a procedure done I'm going to pay for it in advance in full if I have the money if I don't have the money I won't have it done. I had the money so I paid in advance 15,000 and now they tell me I owe them another $5,000 thousand dollars when they told me that the $15,000 dollars I had already for everything and even payed for my permanens that was the quote she gave me. And now I feel cheated, I was lied to, I was humiliated now because I don't have any teeth I have no teeth so I can't chew I can't eat. You want to know what is truly humiliating it's when you're at your in-laws house and you're having dinner. And yes it was a very special occasion. And on special occasions you really hope and pray things go well but they didn't for me. I was so humiliated and embarrassed and ashamed l. I was trying to eat my food and I couldn't chew my teeth fell out on my plate in front of everybody Now you tell me how humiliated would you be this is how they left me and this is how I still am. I won't go to my in-laws again I won't go out to a restaurant I won't eat a steak because I cannot chew. I eat mashed potatoes I eat biscuits I eat soups I eat soft foods that require no chewing it makes me sick because I used to eat good I used to be able to eat and I can't anymore it's pathetic and I know they know. And this is how Normandy lake dentistry.. left me I just wanted to get them a shout out and say thank you for all the humiliation the depression and the unhappiness that I have in my life now because I can't laugh smile or eat my joy is gone because I can't even smile anymore
