The staff is great. Store is clean and has decent stock. Easy to pick and return items here

I was just at this location and I am completely appalled by the lack of professionalism. I was standing in line for about 10 minutes waiting to get checked out. There was a lady that looked like she was returning something and I could hear them play being very rude to her. To myself I was thinking hopefully I don’t get that worker because she seemed very rude. Well, of course I get to her in line. She yelled to get my attention “ma’am I’m open!!!” Then, when I get to her station, she is still working on putting a pair of high heels that were returned from the past customer. She was looking at them thoroughly and adding a tag. For about six minutes, I was standing there while many many customers were leaving the store that were behind Me in line. I was being very patient and I am very kind customer because I have worked in this industry before so I know it can be stressful. She rudely asked if I’ve been here before and if I have a phone number. I said “no ma’am” And she huffed. She said no words the entire interaction. After that, she did not even say my total she tapped her nail on the screen and looked at me and put her hand on her hip. I tapped my card, took my receipt and said thank you.. She looked at me dead in the eyes and rolled her eyes at me and said nothing back. I have been to this location many times and I’ve never been treated like this before. Matter of fact, I have never even written a review on a company before, but this is actually crazy!

It is a place not customer friendly. They never warn you out ahead of time for your return option. I had a dress and wanted to return in 30 days policy they didn’t accept it. They said holiday season and not anymore return windows. How come couldn’t understand because I shopped that dress not fir holiday season and not in November. I bought it just 30 days window. It was not over 30 days. I am not going to shop there no more. Each time my husband tells me skip it but I wanted to give some tries but done no more.
