I expected quality service, but the staff exceeded my expectations. Everyone was very friendly, guiding us until we found what we were looking for and even a little more. The variety of fragrances is incredible, with this section being my favorite.

I wanted to specifically recognize Charlie, Beauty Consultant, for exceptional service. He was attentive, helpful, and went well beyond what was expected. I also had the chance to observe him navigate a challenging interaction with a loud and demanding customer — he handled it with complete professionalism and never lost his composure. That is the kind of associate who elevates the entire store experience. Please make sure this reaches his manager.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Really frustrating experience. I bought a red light mask during a Nordstrom event. It turned out to be defective, and instead of a simple exchange, I was charged the price difference because the event had ended and it was longer than 14days. I spoke to a manager and explained multiple times that this was a defective item, not a return by choice and still got nowhere. Being asked to pay more money just to replace a broken product is ridiculous. This is not the level of customer service I expected, especially from a store that prides itself on taking care of customers. Definitely makes me think twice about shopping here again. The best part is I’m a nordy club member and have been shopping at Nordstrom for 30years! This is by far the worst Nordstrom store I have been to in the country. Good luck with the expansion of your women’s clothing designer brands. Additionally, the manager had the nerve to lie to me and state that this was a new generation mask. I went to the manufacturer and there has been no new generation masks in years!
