Nomad Realty - “Richie” Rich Stancato, Real Estate Broker

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rich Stancato to purchase a new home. He is one of the best agents I have ever worked with. I was delighted with his services throughout the entire process. He provided me with guidance and helpful advice every step of the way and made certain that I understood all aspects involved in purchasing a property. His knowledge and experience made my purchase an easy and successful process.

Working with Richie was such a positive experience. He’s friendly, attentive, and always kept me in the loop. His expertise made everything feel easy and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing a great broker !

I've talked to Rich quite a bit over the phone. He seemed like the perfect realtor to do business with for investing. He knew exactly what I was looking for when I told him my criteria. He is very familiar with the Jacksonville area. I am from the Northern Virginia and I have very little knowledge of Jacksonville. I did some research properties, and he was able to get back to me at a timely fashion on the properties information. Since I knew he was a great candidate as my realtor to do business with, I flew from Northern VA, down to Jacksonville to meet him. We looked at a few properties. He is very knowledgeable on homes. We closed on my first property quickly. He would reach out to my bank and property manager when I was busy to get the process running smoothly to close on time. Rich is a pretty cool guy and he'll work with you and help you along the way. I would definitely recommend Rich as a realtor.

My wife and I worked with Rich Stancato to purchase our first ever house. Being first time buyers, we were not completely familiar with the entire process. As soon as we contacted Rich regarding our decision to commence our search for a home, he sat down with us to explain the purchasing process and determine what our needs were. Rich always had a prompt response to our endless questions during the process. He is without doubt knowledgeable, patient, helpful and friendly. He never faltered in showing us homes that met our criteria best and in actively sending listings of multiple properties for us to review. Even when we couldn't make it for a showing, he would ensure to obtain an alternate appointment or in a few instances, he would check out the properties himself. What we absolutely loved about Rich was that we never felt pressured into buying any property. He always waited to see our "aha" moment when we saw a house. Once he was confident that we loved the property, he was honest in indicating fair property prices to place an offer. If he felt an offer was high, he would definitely steer us away from it. This only highlights a great aspect of him to ensure his clients are paying a fair price. Rich supported us in every way possible till we closed in on our house and till today, he is always checking in on us to see if he can help us in any way possible. Working with Rich has been an amazing experience: very simple, straightforward and painless. We highly recommend Rich as we couldn't have been more satisfied.
