  We are incredibly grateful to Rich and TriciaRae of Nomad Realty for guiding us through every stage of our 3.5 month home-buying journey. From our first showings through closing, and even after closing, they were professional, personable, responsive, and genuinely committed to looking out for our best interests. For more than two months, they coordinated home viewings nearly every weekend and on several weekday afternoons, always responding promptly by text and email. Their availability, flexibility, and consistent communication made us feel supported throughout the overwhelming process of buying a home as first-time homebuyers. Rich and TriciaRae took the time to carefully strategize with us through all three of our house bids. After we lost our first two offers on consecutive weekends, they checked in on us, helped us troubleshoot what had happened, and worked with us to strengthen our approach for the next opportunity. They also connected us with our personal “in-flight concierge,” Travis of Next Level Agent Support, who provided additional coordination and assistance throughout the closing process. We truly felt cared for, not simply represented. Rich and TriciaRae helped us find the home that was genuinely meant for us while making a complicated and emotional process as personalized, streamlined, strategic, and supportive as possible.
