Noel Evelyn

I’ve been seeing Evelyn for 12+ years, but today will be the last day. I called to make my annual appointment and I spoke to the receptionist and asked “how much will Evelyn be charging for my taxes? Because I can’t pay $200.” My taxes are straight forward and simple and I’m in and out within 15 minutes. At my appointment, Evelyn said she didn’t appreciate me asking how much she was going to charge me and she said “I work 140 hours a week and you don’t know everything I have to go through to get this done.” First off, as a client, I have the divine right to ask how much I will be charged before I agree to a service. Second, a business has the obligation to disclose those fees before I agree to accept the service or not. Lastly, it’s completely unprofessional how she spoke to me and I don’t need to know how many hours a week she works - that is none of my business and not my concern. Clearly, she is over worked if she’s talking to me (and possibly other clients this way) so she won’t miss my business.

My husband and I have used Ms Noel’s tax service for over 20 years, and I refuse to use anyone else. She is very knowledgeable about taxes and the tax laws. We have always been very satisfied with our tax return. We moved to Atlanta from Jax a few years ago, and continue to have her complete our taxes

I wish I can give them 7 stars but only 5 are available. Everyone there is absolutely wonderful. Extremely professional and on top of their numbers all the time. Wish I met them earlier in my career.
