A special “thank you” to all..Mr. Super Mario, Nick Rosa, and the cool down to earth F & I guy..just good people, doing good things. This is the BEST car buying experience in all of my 58 years…and at least 20 cars.

10/16 Ope...got the email. Emailed Ccombs as requested, we'll see if anything transpires. 10/15 (original email) Would leave negative 10 if I could. Took my son to buy his first car from here. He had the vehicle he wanted, $2k down but they told him the vehicle he wanted they could not finance because of how old the car was. Ok, makes sense. Frank the GM or Manager took him outside and showed him a Ford Escape 2019. SO much nicer than the car he originally wanted and it was going to be in his "monthly budget ". My son was SO excited, HIS FIRST CAR!!!. The next day - NEXT DAY- it stopped working. We called the dealership, they seemed willing to help. Took his car back for over a month, gave him a loaner to drive in the interim, once my son got his car back - immediately white smoke. Which typically means head gasket. We've called several times and no call back NO RESPONSE. The warranty is gone because they had the car the entire time "fixing it". Its just a shame. This is my sons first experience with a dealership, which should have been joyful and an exciting time, is now a complete disappointment, they just want your money. They DO NOT care what kind of care they sell you. SHAME. DO NOT GO HERE. My son is now having to save thousands to fix a car he bought months ago. And they won't do anything.

Everyone on the team is very friendly! The service team always gets my oil change and tire rotation done quick! Reception and operators are knowledgeable and helpful every visit/call! And the Service Auto Glass team (Nico and the new trainee, man I wish I remembered his name…) were so helpful and had great communication with me to get my windshield replaced in a heartbeat for free today! I recommend this place, 10/10 will be back if my car needs anything else! - Aurora K.

I recently had my 2012 Nissan Altima serviced at Nissan of Orange Park and I was very impressed with the whole experience. Chris in the service lane greeted my wife and I with a smile, Whitney came out shortly after and checked us in and made us feel like home. The waiting area was clean and comfy and the popcorn was fresh. The video the tech did was amazing and we were in and out in a reasonable time. We will be back and I am so happy to finally have a place to service my daughters car!
