My wife and I can't say enough good things about Nina and Lori. We moved up from South Florida and, for well over a year, dealt with them often at a distance. They organized FaceTime walk-thrus on numerous homes and were always extremely flexible with their schedules when we visited Saint Johns. As we struggled with a depressed market to sell our Delray townhome, they even advised on our sales approach (staging, updates, painting, price adjustment suggestions based on data they researched, etc.)—all very much appreciated. We always felt both Nina and Lori weren't just trying to make a sale; they wanted to help us find a home where we would be happy as we entered retirement. To that end, they spent time getting to know us and our lifestyle preferences, and they were always mindful of our goals (financial, family, etc.). Knowing only a few people in the Saint Johns area, we needed to realtor who we could TRUST—someone we felt had our best interests at heart—and would give us straight advice. Ultimately, Nina and Lori helped us find the home of our dreams and made the transition process as smooth (and painless!) as possible, which isn't easy. Professional, trustworthy, and just nice people to be around—we will always be grateful. My wife and I are more than happy to give them both our highest recommendation. Five Stars!

We hired Nina and Lori after having a bad experience with our previous realtor. They were absolutely amazing from the beginning! They got to know us and what we wanted in a house. We found our home within a week of hiring them. Strongly recommend! During the process they were on top of everything and if we needed anything at all they responded quickly. If you are looking for a home and want a buttery smooth experience definitely choose them!
I used Nina and Lori as my realtors when I moved from Ocala to Jacksonville. My husband was in very bad health and they helped me find a perfect home and were so helpful with the financing part of the sale. Unfortunately my husband passed away only five months later. Contacted them to sell my home. They held open houses and went out of their way to get a buyer for me. They are both great . I was blessed to have them as my realtors!!
Nina and Lori of the Nina Howell Team did a fantastic job selling a house for me. There were offers the first day of the open house, and within a month, we were closing. They are thorough and professional. I highly recommend them.
Nina and Lori were great! They did an excellent job helping us find the perfect home within our budget!
