10/7/25: Short version: Allen and Justin in parts and Anthony in service have me thinking I will only buy Isuzus for our business from here on out! Long version: My wife and I run a trash pickup business and have a small Isuzu garbage truck we have owned for a little over a year. Allen and Justin in the parts department have gotten me next day parts deliveries more times than I can count. The fact that they deliver the parts to our business address is pretty amazing to me and incredibly convenient (did I mention it doesn't cost extra?)! Today, Anthony in service took care of a recall on my Isuzu NRR that caused us to have to delay trash pickup for our customers. Anthony squeezed me in on a next day 1PM appointment when he heard about the issue, and I was headed home with the issue resolved around 2:15PM. Having a one-day only delay when a garbage truck goes down is unheard of (in a good way) and getting the issue fixed in just an hour is icing on the cake. I have Nimnicht Isuzu and great techs like Anthony to thank for it. We don't need another garbage truck right now, but when we do I don't think we will get anything other than an Isuzu. - Brad Behr Baker County Trash Pickup
We were driving our new to us Isuzu truck home from Miami when some lights came on. I did a google search and found these guys. Thank God! They told us the problem and set an appt up for the very next morning and had it fixed in 2 hours. Drew was awesome and they were all very polite and helpful. Thanks guys!

Rude receptionist on the phone. They act like there doing you a favor. A week just to get in for a oil change.
