Mike Clayton is the best salesman I have ever bought a car from. Nimnicht was the 5th dealership we visited that day because I needed to find something my family would comfortably fit into. From the very start, Mike listened, offered advice, but was never pushy. We had casual conversations and because of that, I knew if I did need to buy a new car, it was going to be from him. When we got confirmation my car was totaled, I called Mike up to let him know, and he immediately went to work to find my car, the one I built online. I told him there were a few things I was willing to compromise on, but the color was absolutely not one of them. I had always wanted a blue car, plus I already named the car Mongo. When we arrived at the dealership that afternoon, he immediately greeted us and let us know he found Mongo. It was a dealer trade, but Mongo would be at the lot once they worked out the trade. Mongo arrived late one afternoon, and he was perfect. Mike wasn't in that day, but his manager Hans, and Guito helped finish the transaction and we were able to leave with my car that day. Great team at Nimnicht. Made the entire experience enjoyable.
Picked out a truck I wanted and went in to purchase a 2026 Chevy Colorado. Ericka the sales lady was helping me through the whole process. She was absolutely amazing and made the buying a car process easy. When the truck was ready to be picked up, she called to say they started getting it ready. Right when they finished, she called me again to let me know it’s all ready. Absolutely love the truck, and the employees that work there. Thanks again Ericka

I can’t say enough good things about Ryan Santana at Nimnicht Chevrolet. From start to finish, he was prompt, professional, honest, caring, and genuinely thoughtful. What stood out to me most was Ryan’s honesty. If he didn’t know the answer to one of my questions, he never tried to guess or tell me what I wanted to hear. He simply said, “I don’t know, but I’ll find out,” and he would quickly get me the correct answer. That level of honesty and transparency is something I really appreciated. Ryan never once pressured us into anything. He made the entire process comfortable and stress-free, and I always felt like he was looking out for us rather than simply trying to make a sale. He truly stands out above the other car salespeople I’ve dealt with. He also went above and beyond after the sale by personally driving our new Chevrolet Traverse over 200 miles to deliver it to us. That says a lot about the kind of person he is and the level of customer service he provides. We couldn’t be happier with our new vehicle or with our experience at Nimnicht Chevrolet. If you’re looking for a salesman who is honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about his customers, I highly recommend asking for Ryan. He is the kind of salesman who makes you feel like you’re dealing with a person you can actually trust, not just someone trying to sell you a car.
