Nicolle C. Castillo West, APRN

I showed up for an appointment with Ms Nicole on time. I checked in, and paid for my appointment. Apparently, I was also supposed to double check in at the front desk, which was not clarified when I checked in online. I have never had to check in twice for an appointment as when you check in digitally, the front desk is not notified. I sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes and then when I went to the front desk and asked what was going on, they said they would have to check with Ms Nicole to see if she would see me as they typically don’t see people past the 15 minute mark, which it was not past the 15 minute mark yet and I had already been sitting there. 40 MINUTES LATER they come back and tell me that she will not see me and offered me an appointment for a different time. Any provider that cannot see their patients they’ll show up on time and pay for their appointments is not trustworthy.

She was very receptive regarding my input into the plan of care. She was informative and kind. I would recommend her.

Nicolle was great! Very knowledgeable and in tune, wanting to get me the best care :)
