I’ve had a number of primary care physicians over the years, both in Connecticut and here in Jacksonville, and I can say without hesitation that Dr. Brent Beadling and his team at Next Level Primary Care provide a level of care unlike anything I’ve experienced before. What sets this practice apart isn’t just the quality of medical care, but the extraordinary accessibility, responsiveness, and genuine personal attention. A few examples really illustrate the difference. When I needed an MRI for a knee issue, Dr. Beadling was able to arrange it quickly, at a surprisingly reasonable cost, and get the results back promptly. After a physical therapy appointment, he personally followed up to see how I was doing. That kind of attention is something I’ve simply never experienced with a primary care physician. Most recently, I sent him a message around 11:30 at night about a new medical concern. By 3:00 the following morning, he’d already responded and offered to see me in his office at 11:30 that same day. Think about that for a moment. I reached out late at night, received a personal response within hours, and was offered an appointment the very next morning. Extraordinary. There’s a genuine sense that Dr. Beadling cares about his patients as individuals, not just as appointments on a calendar. He’s proactive, attentive, accessible, and remarkably efficient at getting things done. After years of experiencing traditional primary care, I honestly didn’t realize healthcare could work this well. Next Level Primary Care absolutely lives up to its name. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Beadling and his practice more highly.
My wife and I recently enrolled at Next Level Primary Care. We both spent our career in Healthcare working for multiple healthcare systems across the USA ! The staff are amazing and great communicators. The initial physical assessment is the most comprehensive and detailed ever in my past medical experience. If you are searching for optimal health and longevity, strongly recommend a meet and greet with Dr Beadling. You will find a rare blend of great expertise, passion for excellence, with compassionate care. A small investment in your health and future longevity!
Dr. B and his staff have been consistently wonderful since I started visiting the office for my annual physical the past 3 years. Alice and Ashley (before her departure) always cheerfully welcome me and make me feel comfortable. Dr. B thoughtfully addresses all my concerns and provides multiple solutions for me to try. I would definitely recommend Next Level Primary Care for anyone seeking a new primary care doctor.
I cannot recommend this practice highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how clean and beautiful the office space is—it feels modern, welcoming, and very professional. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and made the check-in process seamless. What impressed me most, however, was the quality of care. I received a very thorough review of my overall health, covering things other doctors usually don't test. Despite the level of detail, I never felt rushed. It’s rare to find a provider who truly listens and takes the time to ensure all your questions are answered. Five stars all around!
Dr. Beadling and the entire staff are amazing! They’re kind, professional, and make you feel completely at ease. The care and attention I received were outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional service and genuine compassion.
