I requested a quote from NEXGEN roofing,, and I am very satisfied with the end, result and whole experience in general… Noah was very thorough and I liked his straight to the point no fluff style.. I will definitely be referring him and NEXGEN.. btw I am not wanting to leave reviews, but had such a great experience. I felt I needed to!
I recently stopped by the NEXGEN Roofing office unexpectedly, without any notice, and I was honestly shocked by the way I was treated. Everyone was genuinely welcoming and enthusiastic about helping me in a way I haven’t experienced in a long time! It was actually refreshing! It didn’t feel like people were just trying to sell me something — it felt like they truly cared! The office was spotless too… floors clean, even the corners lol. A lot of people sweep the easy stuff. I pay attention to the people who sweep the corners. Because of that first impression, I later scheduled a Zoom call with Noah so he could walk me through how NEXGEN actually builds a roof and why they do things the way they do. That appointment was absolutely worth my time, and I’m glad I didn’t just ask for a quote. It honestly made me question the roof I had installed on my last house only two years ago, and now I understand why I ended up having issues. Their price was higher than one company I looked at, but lower than two others, and the financing options made total sense. I also appreciated that there were multiple options available. At no point did I ever feel pressured or that I needed to make a decision then. Noah was transparent throughout the entire process, and I genuinely enjoyed the experience. The employees in the office also seemed cut from the same cloth — ambitious, professional, and eager to serve. I’ll definitely be referring NEXGEN Roofing and Noah to my family and friends!
Noah & Nexgen is amazing!!! I contacted him as we were in our inspection window, closing quick and needed a small repair on the roof. They had someone out there that day to take a look at it and then Took care of it the following day. When you’re in real estate, time is of the essence and you’re trying to find someone to do little jobs it is more than challenging….. until I met Noah who promised me they were different . I gave them a chance to prove it and they went above and beyond. They did a great job, took care of it promptly, sent receipts right away and followed up.. Most roofing companies will not even do small jobs, they only want the big jobs. I will now recommend Noah & Nexgen for ALL my roofing needs going forward as they passed the test for what matters…… perform small jobs to get bigger jobs, trustworthy, prompt communication, quality work, dependable people, user friendly documents and great attitude! Totally recommend them!
I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Taylor Betros for years, and NEXGEN Roofing is fortunate to have recently brought him onto their team. Taylor’s character is genuinely unwavering — he’s honest, dependable, and carries himself with a quiet integrity that shows up in everything he does. He treats people with real respect, follows through without fail, and leads by example. NEXGEN has already built a strong reputation as one of Florida’s leading roofing contractors, and Taylor’s addition only sharpens that edge. For anyone in the area weighing their roofing options, NEXGEN is well worth the call.
Excellent service at a more than reasonable price. Brandon and Tim both answered immediately during an emergency situation and responded incredibly quickly. Their fast action turned what could have been a disastrous situation into a manageable one and truly helped save our home. Professional, reliable, and easy to work with. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future.
