The actual closing experience was great. We arrived and signed all of the required documents. The attorney that went over the paperwork with us was very informative and answered any questions we had. We closed on 1/16/2025. Almost 2 months after closing I received an email from the office stating they messed up and I had to pay an extra $300 as soon as possible for a transfer capital contribution. Thank god we had the money because if not there’s no telling what would have happened. A little disappointing and frustrating because the office messed up but expected us to pay “as soon as possible”. I understand we are all human and mistakes do happen, I just wish this came up a few days after closing instead of almost 2 months later.
Cliff and Brent are great guys who know and love the law.
