New Chapters Moving Company

New Chapters Moving is an excellent choice for moving your precious items. They are Professional and Courteous. The men handled everything with care. The furniture was protected with blankets, and the mirrors and picture frames were protected so as not to break the glass. I have used New Chapters Moving for two moves, and will definitely use them in the future. I highly recommend their services. I had a very difficult and emotional moving situation, and New Chapters went far beyond my expectations. I was not able to be present for the move, and my Family was not there either. New Chapters kept me informed, and texted me pictures, each step of the way. I was in tears, and Bridget managed everything for me. Just to give you an idea of how poorly packed my items were by friends; many delicate items, fragile items, ceramic decor items, figurines and crystal vases were placed in large lawn black bags, instead of appropriate boxes, without concern about wrapping and protecting items for the move. Bridget, her Husband, and the laborers took extra care to keep these items padded in boxes to prevent breakage. Her Husband was so kind to be present for the move. I cannot express the gratitude I have for New Chapters Moving going beyond the expected steps to assure a professional move. Thank you. God Bless.

This company is absolutely marvelous!!!! Five stars isn’t high enough. In my book they are a 10!!! The movers were phenomenal. They were pleasant as could be and worked quickly. They never took a break. They were constantly on the move. They wasted no time! The owner is wonderful. She came on sight to check things out. She even pitched in to help. Every piece of furniture was treated with the utmost care. When moving, they are definitely the company to get. I had to move my things into storage until I get a new home. They will definitely move me into my new residence!!

These guys were awesome!! I wish I could remember both their names because they were amazing, friendly and hard working. I remember Adam because that’s my brother’s name. The other gentleman…sorry, I should have written your name down. I had to get my brother moved out of his apartment and did not have the energy to do it by myself. They arrived in a timely manner, jumped right to it and had me moved in no time. I feel the charges were fair and would hire them for all future moves. When I had to call back and change my time slot, you were more than happy and willing to make that happen. Giorgi was extremely professional. We had just bought new furniture and they treated each piece with great care and respect. Each piece was unattached, wrapped, stacked neatly, the unloaded, reinstalled, and trash hauled off. We had Georgi come by and give us a quote and he was spot on. I even requested them to stop by my storage unit and unload that and they did. On our very stressful day they were exceptional. If we ever move again I would definitely use them again.
