Alex and his team did a great job helping me with a frame warranty claim. They went above and beyond! Highly recommend Neutral Service for all your bike needs!
Awesome spot for bike service, they have helped us out a few times now, good coffee, and they are actually open when you need service on your bike!
Good hangout spot to get all your bike questions answered. Knowledgable technicians. You can buy a shot of espresso from 6:30 am to 7am. Some people who join the lodge ride leave from here at 7am. Also, if you want to get your chain waxed instead of lubed this place can do it!
I brought my e-bike in on a Saturday afternoon recently - had been having some breaking issues. They took it in right away & got it road ready in 20 minutes. Best bike repair service I've ever experienced. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!!
Alex & the other staff have been fantastic, getting us up & running with our new E-Bike! We should’ve done it sooner! Thank you Neutral Service!
