I had been looking for a reputable dry cleaners to clean my sofa and loveseat slipcovers. Neptune cleaners did a fantastic job! My furniture, once again, looks brand new. I'll be bringing my alternate slipcovers back to them! Joe and his son, Monsour, couldn't have been nicer!
Horrible service and every article of clothing gets written on in black ink. I dropped off 5 dress shirts on a Friday morning and was informed that they would be ready on Saturday afternoon so I would have them for work on Monday. However, they weren't ready on Saturday. I went by Monday after work at 5pm and was informed that they still weren’t ready but should be ready by 6pm. I went back to pick them up at 6:15pm and stood in the store front for 10min before the man came to get my ticket. When he brought out my shirts, I noticed that every one of them was written on in black ink. I asked the man what the writing was and why it was there, and he said they write the clothing brand and customer name on every article of clothing.
Terrible. I paid for a button repair. When I picked up the dress 2 buttons were off and lost. When I complained, the owner became irate. I was unable to get a refund
They are the best. This is a great family run business who I am happy to support. I’ve been using them for years and I have always been completely satisfied with the quality price and service.
Great service and always on time! By mistake, I left 5 shirts there for 10 months. I was amazed that my dry cleaning was still there after such a long time. I would recommend this honest business!
