Disabled veteran went all the way to a week from closing and backed out of the loan. My realtor had to break the news that we lost our loan approval and they didn't even have the audacity to call me personally. Sad business that they can't even call you personally unless it's to verify something for them. Be aware they use Plaza mortgage which also has the lowest reviews possible. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt from a friend and now my family and I have to pay so id be cautious doing business. Friends are really aquantences.
I can’t say enough about Will with neo. From the first phone call my wife and I had with him we felt that he truly cared about our home buying experience.
