When your child is facing an unknown medical issue, it can be one of the most frightening experiences a parent goes through. After follow-up visits with both the emergency room and our pediatrician, we were referred to Nemours Children’s Health Specialty Care for Infectious Disease for further evaluation. From our very first interaction, the team has been compassionate, thorough, and incredibly communicative. They have kept me informed every step of the way, making sure I understood test results, the next steps, and what to expect throughout the process. That level of communication has helped ease so much of the anxiety that comes with waiting for answers. I also want to recognize the Medical Assistant, Myranda. She has been absolutely outstanding. She has been responsive, kind, professional, and truly on top of everything. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and their families, and that has made a world of difference during this scary time in our lives. Thank you to the entire Infectious Disease team at Nemours for providing not only excellent medical care but also the compassion and reassurance that families need during difficult moments. We are incredibly grateful for everything you’ve done for our daughter.

The service was excellent, and the wait time was short. Both the nurse and the doctor (gastroenterologist) were very polite and attentive. After we explained the whole situation, the doctor ordered extensive blood work and other tests — you can immediately tell that she genuinely wants to get to the root cause of the problem. Highly recommended!
We just had an absolutely wonderful experience. My son is a chatter and loves meeting new people and the women working at the front desk, the nurses, and our Doctor (Dr. Buchanan) were such rays of sunshine and so sweet to our boy! We were in and out in less than an hour, but never felt rushed. The doctor took great care and answered all of our questions and made my son feel very comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend!
This review is strictly for the ENT department. I have been trying to set a surgery appointment for my son with Dr. Spreker. Have had no luck getting anywhere UNTIL I spoke with JALEN. Thank God yall hired her because she is the ONLY one who has actually helped me in this matter. Her prompt actions has finally gotten me somewhere. Give this lovely woman a raise for Pete's sake bc she is YOUR BEST EMPLOYEE that I have come across. Thank you Jalen!!!💯💯
(Our pediatric ophthalmologist is truly wonderful. She cares so much about my children, always listens to our concerns, and takes the time to explain everything clearly and patiently.
